Rick Chromey is a cultural explorer, social historian and generational
futurist. He’s also served as a pastor, professor, speaker/trainer, and
consultant. In 2017, he founded MANNA! Educational Services
International to inspire and equip leaders, teachers, pastors, and
parents. Rick has a doctorate in leadership and the emerging culture;
and travels the U.S. and world to speak on culture, faith, history,
education, and leadership topics. He has authored over a dozen books on
leadership, natural motivation, creative communication, and classroom
management. He lives with his wife, Linda, in Meridian, Idaho.

My review:
As most of you know from reading post on my blog in the past, I am an avid history buff. This book provided a lot of interesting historical goodies about technology. Some of these facts were even new to me!
There were many things that I liked about this book:
- It was interesting and different. I don't know of too many other books that just deal with the history of technology.
- It was organized and easy to read.
- It had sections and bold headings.
- It had timelines.
- Having the book separated like this made it easy to read and did not make it monotonous.
- There were also images in the book.
- The features that I listed above made the book an experience not just another history book.
- Having a book setup this way makes it great for all kinds of readers!
- You can tell from the book that the author did much research for this book. Research is not easy and takes lots of time and patience. I really appreciate research.
Final verdict:
Why this book may not be for everybody, I think it is worth the read. You learn a think or two and you do it in an interesting way! I would recommend it.
